Audit, company auditor

The task of company auditing is performed by the Société de Révision et d’Expertises Sàrl.

The Société de Révision et d’Expertises Sàrl has been approved by the Ministry of Justice to act as a company auditor in Luxembourg, and accepts the following missions:

• establishment of the annual general report
• certification of the regularity and the sincerity of the accounts
• contributions in kind in case of capital increase
• company mergers and demergers
• liquidation assignments
