Our accounting service includes keeping your accounts using our specialist IT system.

We establish an appropriate accounting plan for your business and requirements.

The accountant responsible will provide information and assist you with any problems relating to accounting legislation.

VAT returns are electronically forwarded by LUXTRUST which allow us to provide the VAT returns with an electronic signature and send it to the competent authority.
Other tax declarations are established with the balance sheet.

After the accounts have been made up, the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and any related appendices are established.

Once you have given your approval, we will organise the ordinary annual general meeting to approve the annual accounts, which will subsequently be published in accordance with the legislation.
